Blogs

We've helped revamp and expand the blogs of a number of companies, making them more engaging, more informative and, most of all, more read.

Eventbrite

From fall 2016 through fall 2017, we helped the event tech giant manage and implement an overhaul of their blog -- reworking existing content and brainstorming and writing new posts targeted at specific audiences and with specific calls to action. This work helped the blog become a critical first step in the sales funnel. The new posts focused on industry trends and customers' pain points, showcased Eventbrite's expertise by linking to technical papers and e-books, drilled down on SEO keywords, and honed the brand voice.

Druva

The cloud storage firm wanted to make sure its blog posts -- often on quite technical topics and filled with jargon -- were as readable and engaging as possible. So throughout 2017 and 2018, we took jargon-filled drafts and distilled the technical language into clear, readable copy -- without dumbing it down. The result was posts that actually made sense, so potential customers could see why Druva made sense for them.

GrowthX

Soon after GrowthX Academy launched in 2016, they brought us in to amplify their voice and share their story as they grew into a leading platform for those seeking to transition to a tech career. Utilizing our journalism background, we researched, conducted interviews and wrote a number of blog posts. These short articles helped make the blog a go-to resource for tech-career advice -- as well as promoted the company's experts and programs.

AKT Advisors

When the Portland-based financial firm wanted to expand their potential client base and reach out to the nonprofit sector, they called us. Through a series of posts, we showcased the firm's expertise by writing about solutions to financial problems nonprofits sometimes face, thus raising their standing among potential customers and driving new business their way.
